Kritsnam technologies is young startup.they don't involve teams/people in operations decisions taken and communicate properly . communication doesn't reach end mile so results are always different from expected . And L&D always try to point out people what don't know by team and complaints to management in people in fact management also forgot L& D is ment for that only .
