There are people in the top management like sales head and regional managers, thinking that industrial product is similar to FMCG product. Since they came from FMCG market and since they don't have any knowledge about the industrial market, they are thinking that it will work similar to FMCG products. They are not taking distributor into the confidence and they don't have any business ethics. During the finalization of distributor they are informing that they will sell only through distributor but after some days they start direct marketing. Every month they are changing the business plan and they don't have any plans to improve the business. They are surviving in the market mentioning IIT Kanpur. They are spoiling IIT name also. Who ever is joins the company within 3 to 4 months you will be out of the company. Don't join this company if you are thinking that your life will change. They don't have the funds to give the salary and every month they are finding new investors to manage the daily expenses. Its a sinking ship and working here is a waste of time....Read More
