Job security is not there, becouse they will not allow to speak with team and they will not accept your ideas, here only focus on women's empowerment and showing that male are just dustbin, Management are not at all good they will listen only female word who are looks beautiful, they never obey company policy they have own policy according to person and time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not there only who are close with management but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation and provide the latest technology . I am Happy to the part of that team that's make the reliable and high quality product and has a global base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have worked 12 to 13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend more work in the evening and sometimes late in the night . Manager do not the value and individual unique strength.

No appraisal, No LTA, No bonus, management is bad, No one can hear your voice from management. There is a member from finance team who’s name is lokesh don’t believe on his words.

Nothing to Like about. They Don't value their Employees. At Time of appraisal the always have a reason that companies not doing well still affected by covid and still recovering so we cannot provide you hike. Diwali Bonus does not exist. Not even a single good project. Everything works by jugaad

This company is not at all good for fresher in the embedded team, There is no one to guide you, and no one will give any work to showcase your skills and no follow ups. senior engineers make us to doubt about our own existence and make us feel low by not guiding us and they don't have clarity about what they're saying. Because of some toxic manager the work environment will become toxic, they try to suppress us, dominate, ego-ishness, demotivating, creating hostile work environment. I felt like I wasn't get utilize for the role which I have hired for, no proper training, guidence for freshers about the role which is new for company itself. They do experiment on freshers by hiring for unmannered role and spoiling their career.
