This company is not at all good for fresher in the embedded team, There is no one to guide you, and no one will give any work to showcase your skills and no follow ups. senior engineers make us to doubt about our own existence and make us feel low by not guiding us and they don't have clarity about what they're saying. Because of some toxic manager the work environment will become toxic, they try to suppress us, dominate, ego-ishness, demotivating, creating hostile work environment. I felt like I wasn't get utilize for the role which I have hired for, no proper training, guidence for freshers about the role which is new for company itself. They do experiment on freshers by hiring for unmannered role and spoiling their career....Read More
