The company is open to innovation and provide the latest technology . I am Happy to the part of that team that's make the reliable and high quality product and has a global base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high . Sometimes, I have worked 12 to 13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend more work in the evening and sometimes late in the night . Manager do not the value and individual unique strength.

Nothing to Like about. They Don't value their Employees. At Time of appraisal the always have a reason that companies not doing well still affected by covid and still recovering so we cannot provide you hike. Diwali Bonus does not exist. Not even a single good project. Everything works by jugaad

There is nothing to like in the company.

Company runs on WhatsApp, all internal communication has to happen on WhatsApp. In a day, management conduct 5-6 meeting just to see that you are present in office or not.

This company is not at all good for fresher in the embedded team, There is no one to guide you, and no one will give any work to showcase your skills and no follow ups. senior engineers make us to doubt about our own existence and make us feel low by not guiding us and they don't have clarity about what they're saying. Because of some toxic manager the work environment will become toxic, they try to suppress us, dominate, ego-ishness, demotivating, creating hostile work environment. I felt like I wasn't get utilize for the role which I have hired for, no proper training, guidence for freshers about the role which is new for company itself.
