There is no harassment from the Management. The Management will help us learn some new things.

Dislikes

There is no hierarchy. The owner does not give free hand to handle the situations. He himself handles every one like Supervisors to Managers. You cannot get the desired results and good Mangers will get frustrated.

As I work till late night, then if I come few minutes late next day then it's a half day. Why, if I am compromising then organisation have to compromise... With few minutes

Dislikes

There is no learning from seniors. No responsibility at senior level. Junior management is responsible for all failures. for all achievement seniors are the key members. No training on technical or personnel front. No welfare programs for employees.
