The Foundation of Krishna Group was laid down by Mr. Ashok Kapur in 1994 by setting up its first manufacturing facility in Narsinghpur, Gurugram. Krishna Group has diversified business interests in Auto Component manufacturing, Real Estate, Media and Travel related services. Mr. Ashok Kapur’s son, Mr. Sunandan Kapur was inducted in the Group in FY 2001-02. He worked closely with his father till 2006 supporting him in the growth of KML (Interiors Division). Since 2006, he has been independently managing SKH (Metals Division) and has led SKH to a phenomenal growth since then.
The flagship business of Krishna Group, the Auto Component business revenue crossed USD 745 million in Financial year 2017-18 in line with a vision to cross USD 1 Billion in sales revenue by Financial year 2020-21.
