Good salary increment If you get payment on time it is good company to work with Offer high salary while joining but after leaving Overall they will pay 60 % to 80% throughout.

All employees on PIP were laid of After three months. While increment are given initially.4 months later Employees may be placed in PIP arbitrary. No job security employees rarely stay more then two year. Suitable only for fresher suitable for short term experience. The company misuses investor money on unnecessary expanses. Such as hiring some random person and for Office trip. Family and relatives occupies higher management position. Leaving no room for employees to raise complaint or voice concern. Employees are hired on attractive package but overall only 50% to 80% of promised compensation is paid due to withheld salaries in last 3 to 6 months. In hyderabad the company hired around 60 employees. But with in two years. Withheld salarys for 4 to 6 months leading to 50% workforce leaving. Despite receiving good funding company struggle with financial management. Employee predominantly comes from nearby places likely Mangalore. Deadlines are enforces with urgency. But completed project remains unreleased. Not a reliable company for individuals with responsibilities or long term carrier aspirants. Instead of direct termination. The company hold salary for 3 to 6 months , reduces pay or places employee on PIP pressuring them to resign.

When you join and when you start working you will feel everything is good.

Dislikes

They hold salary to 3 to 6 months. Don't do full and final settlement. The person who takes interview don't have technical knowledge so if you clear it don't feel you have cracked interview in good company. No payment on time and salary cut. no fnf done.
