BSR & Associates LLP has a very poor audit leadership at Hyderabad Location. They are hostile towards employees towards the lower rung of the food chain and pay little attention to people matter. - Always short staffed -No Work life balance . - Petty Politics. - Slogging is glorified - Poor pay when compared to other BIG 4's - No Starter Kits, Diwali Gifts and minimum to none office parties. - Very Poor HR function, least bother about real problems - All policies only on paper - Consistent Demotivation - Rude and aggressive Leadership
