Join if you are fresher or no option and leave as soon as you get good offer and you have learnt enough skills. Join if you get designation of Associate Director or above(because they don't do any technical work). Join for hike and Brand name , then leave.

Too many processes and hr applications and trainning is terrible. Mediocre Work , even on latest tech there is repitative solutions. KPMG work culture will not work in 2023 and later. Incompetent managers and chatu(they will throw you under bus) Anything bad happens you are to blame(sole responsibility). Why there is hierarchy if everything is done by employee only, from client engament to delivery, its like working as a freelancer(Freelancers are now earning 3-4 lpa a month). Search on youtube why people leave Big 4.

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

Salary in KPMG is comparatively better than most of the big IT companies.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is very poor. Favoritism & nepotism is very common in the organization like any other BIG4 firm. Leadership theory takes back seat in BIG4 and they have Managers with very poor leadership skills.

Learning is decent as we used to work 12-15 hours a day and everything was priority task. So we were learning fast.

Dislikes

...each and every day, worked half my weekends and my managers weren’t still happy. Partner said that i should work because they are giving me more salary. Director asked me to work when i was on sick leave. Put down papers the same day i received an offer letter!
