Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

The Salary which you get is good.

The work life balance and the services like cab and over time benefits are not there, and they may plot you to any kind of work which may be totally different from your background.

Nothing is likeable for this company . For tax analyst they will give you a in hand salary of around 17 k and will make you work on every week end . Only on paper it is mentioned u have to work 5 days but in real they will make you work on every week end The behaviour of some of the managers are extremely rude . They don’t respect the analyst and they wouldn’t understand any situation . My experience is pathetic at the company .

...eryone during their weekends and holidays, people steal each other's credit, bonuses and increments are received in July, made to work long hours and login in off days, but your productivity is counted for only half the things you do. Unrealistic targets are set. Work load is enough to keep you working 7 days. No Diwali/New year bonus. You work with toxic people and when you take a legitimate concern to supervisor(s), they don't take action unless it starts impacting them. You are not given work according to your skill set and the feedback you receive is never enough to guide you ahead.

... all types of courses, travels and stays depending on the budget obviously. 5. Good hikes but make sure your base pay is satisfactory to really enjoy the two-digit hikes.

Dislikes

1. Average in terms of perks and benefits. 2. Forget about work-life balance, depends entirely on the project, in consulting it is usually hard to maintain work life balance. 3. Lots of politics but it will keep you sharp! 4. Unrealistic expectations and never-ending work.
