...n it comes to work-life balance (then again depends on which team you work for). In my tenure I have seen people who have settled in for lesser pay because of the fact that the company has exceptional focus towards its employee's well-being. That being said the work that we do here ranges from average to good with very few instances of exceptional projects. It is a great platform to start your career, where you will be given ample learning opportunities and expected to carry out tasks which are over and above your regular responsibilities. The leadership is great and they put a lot of focus on your inputs and try to accommodate. My experience with the firm has been great and I would not think twice about referring someone to the firm.

Dislikes

Compensation is significantly below market competition, which is primarily the reason why a lot of people tend to switch paths. Of course there is a substantial hint of politics and favoritism on team levels, but that again is existent in any organization (global or local) having their offices in India.

The team and people are very skilled and friendly to jell with.

Dislikes

Too much work for poor pay. Efforts are not recognized. Poor hierarchy structure No perks and events/outing for employees. Poor appraisals

There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies is decent. You will develop your skills within a certain period of time if you are lucky enough to get proper guidance from your seniors

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary and careers growth is slow.

Likes

Job security and learning and development activities are the 2 things I would like to highlight. KPMG is very good in these 2 parameters. Company is quite employee centric as well.

The work culture. No one to take care of complaints. Seniors are partial. No salary benefits. Designations are ambigious. 85% people are selfish. They lie for their benefits.
