The salary is to low for the work is done by the employees. Employees are not appreciated for the work and there is no personal life even on weekends if there is pendency we used to login the work assigned was to much

You would be hired on good package, You would get 100% varialbe and promotion if ready to work day, night and weekends leaving ur family and all

there is no such workd like Work Life Balance, you will not get leave, your approved leave will be canceled. You will be nothing but will be asked to work like machine, no feeling, no emotions.

Only Work-life balance is the thing if you deployed in any GOVT project, I am not sure about other projects.

Dislikes

A salary hike is not an industry standard Promotion is not on time as promised by managers and directors.

1. Brand name 2. Opportunity to have multiple certifications with no fees. 3. Decent work-life balance 4. Good work

Dislikes

1. Colleagues from Malta are bit racist. 2. Salary is not good enough to survive in Malta as living cost is rising. 3. Job security is not good. You will be fired for no reason.

Likes

The convenient bus service, the free lunches, and the amazing co-workers.

Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.
