Dislikes

The workload is heavy, the hours are long and the salary is low. They do not care about employees, only about their work and targets. They even ask employees to postpone and reduce their lunch breaks.

1. Management is very bad in Transformation C& O - FS department 2. No Job Security 3. Only one client 4. if you are on bench they wont talk to you at all 5. Client is god. KPMG commit anything to client and let the candidate suffer

Join if you are fresher or no option and leave as soon as you get good offer and you have learnt enough skills. Join if you get designation of Associate Director or above(because they don't do any technical work). Join for hike and Brand name , then leave.

...ths avg). No Job Security and very less projects. Attrition rate is 30 percent Salary less than startups and product based. Toxic client and management. Too many processes and hr applications and trainning is terrible. Mediocre Work , even on latest tech there is repitative solutions. KPMG work culture will not work in 2023 and later. Incompetent managers and chatu(they will throw you under bus) Anything bad happens you are to blame(sole responsibility). Why there is hierarchy if everything is done by employee only, from client engament to delivery, its like working as a freelancer(Freelancers are now earning 3-4 lpa a month). Search on youtube why people leave Big 4.

There's no positive points to mention about this organization. Brand is not important. Good management is important which they don't have.

No Salary hike for 2yrs No opportunity for skill development. Just working in shifts & doing support job. Very toxic work culture. No good management.

There is nothing to like in KPMG. It is a trap. Do not join even if they provide you with a higher salary.

Pathetic work life balance. No projects on offer. Unruly behaviour from Top Management. There are projects which will demand you targets to achieve.
