Extreme work pressure. Lots of work to meet at deadline. Least work life balance . Minimum 10 hrs working excluding traveling to client place.

In long term, it is better than any big4. People are helpful and flexible. It might pay you 1-2L less than other big4s but you have a life here.

Nothing particular. It all depends on your team and work they handle. Before joining, one should do a background check on their team.

Not particularly anything exceptional that other firms can't offer. Just the only positive thing is you get to work on big clients and that's a major plus on your resume.

... exception. Weekends you are expected to work if not at office then from home. There's zero work life balance & compare to work done compensation paid is peanuts.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. High work pressure. Long working hours (11-14 hours). late night sittings. Managers do not value on individual's strength. No proper appraisal process.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.
