...They want to follow industry standards when it comes to working from office etc. but do not follow the standards in compensation. Working on weekends is a norm so much so that they have processes built around the same.

...agement is tranparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. On the job training is provided for new joinees.

Overall its was a good experience work with brand like that i learnt so many new things to build up my proffessional skills and surely it will be helpful for my career ahead.

I have been KPMG'ite for 3 years now. The most important thing for me to continue here is that amazing colleagues and boss. Also KPMG as a firm makes sure that employee's are appreciated for the efforts they put in. All young people around you and warm culture makes it the best place to work. Also we have work from home options which makes it easy to balance personal and professional life.

As such there is nothing I can think of which I would say I dislike. Compensation is a debatable topic which varies person to person
