... Sunday or after 8 hours without booking time sheet is the most common practice. No extra hours booked no leaves/compensation.

Dislikes

The work culture is one of the poorest I have encountered in my career. There is complete disregard of personal life and clients will make your life hell. There is no support from management regarding client work ethics and you will have to fight your own battles. The company will force you to take projects, travel to different places at client locations and will terminate you if you refuse.
