They are hostile towards employees towards the lower rung of the food chain and pay little attention to people matter. - Always short staffed -No Work life balance . - Petty Politics. - Slogging is glorified - Poor pay when compared to other BIG 4's - No Starter Kits, Diwali Gifts and minimum to none office parties. - Very Poor HR function, least bother about real problems - All policies only on paper - Consistent Demotivation - Rude and aggressive Leadership

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.
