It is a highly biased firm, if you are not in good books of senior management people, then no matter how good you perform it won't matter. Your growth rate is not proportional to your effort & skills if you don't know how to be in good books of some people

Job security and culture is the best. Growth and learning quality is very high. For freshers its a perfect place to start.

...al work results in bad work life balance and overworking with less compensation. Also firm takes a long time to bring the salary levels on industry standards, hence sometimes /most of the times, you are underpaid

Compensation is very less. Not in line with the industry standards. Management always creates undye pressure to perform. Expectations are not preset. They change with time. You cannot have any work life balance.
