They make us work for 14 to 16 hours and pay us very less. Its copy paste work and the kind of work the clients give is hirrible There is no overtime pay for additional hours of work No employee benefits during festivals or during appraisals They only care about the work getting completed and not about employee No appreciation for good work and lot of bias between people

The work culture in this company is good. People are very friendly here. They provide cab facilities.

Dislikes

The salary/compensation is very less and the growth is too slow. The work pressure is too high specially during the busy seasons. Sometimes we are required to work for 13-14 hours straight in a day which is very tiring. Managers fail to value our work or efforts sometimes.

...ndly and helpful.the job security is quite good unless you are a poor performer.The pay,bonus and the hike are quite decent.Work life balance and the scope for growth differs from department to department.there is an offsite trip every year.immense training available which can be taken up as per the employee's wish and also depending on how useful it is in the job.

Politics and diplomacy is a thing there.very tuff during busy seasons.the management could be very annoying sometimes.

Likes

Training period was excellent. Got to learn many things which helped during working on different works. Senior folks guidance helped me in delivering different products Work environment was good. There was a great bonding with my colleagues, which helped in providing high quality products to the US based clients.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. You need be a CA in order to get a higher package. Growth is slow. Growth not only depends on the high quality products you deliver to the US based clients but also how visible you are for the management and different co-curricular you take part in during the year. During busy season there is lot of work stress. You need work for 14 to 16 hours and no overtime is provided.
