Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

Worst company ever no work life balance, No hike, if u ask work from home they react like we ask there kidney. Manager dont care about enployee they will take wfh whenever they want but employee cant take no hike, micro management is there worst ever company in my life

The leadership is enthusiastic about international collaborations and eager to push forward fast. The innovations part is hugely supported by the leadership and skill development programmes to achieve these goals are continuously going on. The work culture is good so far.

...d hike. Only 5%hike is max. He not cares Ur plm , Ur issue never resolves here. No life balance here, 12hours work but salary for 8hour . Management Blackmail u. They shout on u in DSM if u r not working. School type environment. U need to stay 9 hours compulsory in office. No flexibility. No bonus and sweet also in Diwali , Totally u r slave here in this company.

If you are fresher then don’t join this organisation. No hike for freshers and rating system is very bad the person who is not a part of your project will give the rating blindly . Hr and management will not consider your single thing if you joined as a fresher here and if you joined as experience then they will keep you on their head.
