Company is not normalising salary of existing employees but instead they are recruiting from outside. Higher management is not aware of the work done by the middle management Higher management is not giving respect to middle management and they are doing favourism to the employees whom they like and changing their appraisal ratings which is provided by their supervisor accordingly. This is the main reason of attrition in KPIT especially in KPIT Pune.

It all depends up on your delivery manager. Even if you work hard and provide the desired results, you will not get appreciated and rated high as in performance appraisal

...management does not have a clue why they are not able to retain the employees. People leave not because of salary. Because of not getting valued for the work they do

...nd physical limits join KPIT, they will try to extract 400% from you on pennies. But f wish to learn without salary can go there but dont forget to resign within 2 years

Most of the things or all the things like Salary, Work life balance, Recognition, Internal Politics, Promotion of people who are good in buttering

Compensation received is good. Learning opportunities are good.

Dislikes

Personal and professional life balance is much required. Reduced staff and same amount of work has overloaded everyone and paycut, no appraisal has been huge turn offs. Boundaries should be defined for every role, everything cannot come under project management bucket.

1. Good package 2.great learning but they will not give you the work, which you are expert at.

Dislikes

1. No job security at all. They will change policies whenever they want. Moreover they will change your salary also whenever they want. 2. You should get prepared to layoff one day, if you are joining in this company. If you do not have any option, then only join and search the other job. 3.after joining the company, you will be put on the bench. If they find you the project, they will give you the work which you did not work before. 4.No work life balance at all. Micromanagement will be there. 5. This is very serious and sincere feedback.if you still join the KPIT, try to quit asap.
