...is good there is no job security they can fire you at any given point of time For Normal HR they can't pay salary but they can keep an IT GUY for 2 months in bench who's monthly salary is more than 2 Lakh rupees. Really don't understand how billing is done . Not happy did not thought after making all the efforts i will get the response that you will have last working day in next 15 days. Manager did not even supported at the time of extension they simply saying management is saying there is no requirement to work on so we are taking out employees. How is this relevant if others are kept in job and they are doing the same , some are not performing even though they are kept in job and their contract is getting extended.

Worst company ever no work life balance, No hike, if u ask work from home they react like we ask there kidney. Manager dont care about enployee they will take wfh whenever they want but employee cant take no hike, micro management is there worst ever company in my life

...d hike. Only 5%hike is max. He not cares Ur plm , Ur issue never resolves here. No life balance here, 12hours work but salary for 8hour . Management Blackmail u. They shout on u in DSM if u r not working. School type environment. U need to stay 9 hours compulsory in office. No flexibility. No bonus and sweet also in Diwali , Totally u r slave here in this company.
