Promotion and hikes is not good compared to Product companies in. You will get only 4% hike that also in June month Promotion is nightmare and it will be given only to people's who are Manager bootlicker No work life balance

The learning skills are helping out to build ourselves strong. As a fresher it'll be helpful to build the roots stronger.

There is abundant loads of work with less salary makes uncomfortable to work and shifts system is there but the allowances are very less.

Most of the long time employees are great yo work with. If you have performed good consistently you can be assured of your job. Work culture depends on managers but mostly is helpful.

Dislikes

For mechanical there is low scope for skill development, opportunities are scanty. Compensation is also lower than market standards.

Likes

Enormous projects of multiple domain will give you exposure to multiple domains.

Dislikes

Everything is about revenue. Absolutely no value of one's hard work. Differentiation in compensation benefits for mechanical engineers is very unfair. Cannot advance in single domain.
