1. No work life balance 2. Hr’s are impolite 3. No trainings no learnings other than the project related activities 4. Come - work - eat- work and leave work culture 5. Every project here is in the situation where it demands employee to work on weekends. 6. Management politics 7. Management does not give importance to employee commitments

Poor basic facilities: like no keyboard mouse headset monitor on desk. No subsdised coffee and food Work can be useless if project is not good

Nothing. Probably the Hinjewadi campus, may be, if you like those typical large IT buildings.

Bad management. Heavy reliance on Leads for work, so leads are overworked. Salary and perks below industry standards. I haven't seen any RSU or ESOP policy, may be for higher management it might exist. If you are technology oriented software person with interest in deep technologies, please don't join. You'll be working on surface level projects here.
