Poor top management (JTEKT), no credible HR planning for capable employees.very weak in recognition and full of politics.Senior and middle Indian management are working on retirement politics.

If you are in assambly line then there there is nothing but if you work in turning dept. then you can learn lots of thing and utilize your skill. And maintenance dept. is the best.
