If you are experienced person, I will suggest you to look for better company with work life balance, good management. management is very poor and harsh on own employees. If you are fresher , Its ok but if u are experienced and join this company , there are some bas***ds in the cmpy , they give you some work , if you havent come across those in your previous company and tell that you dono , they treat you like shit and they will start micromanage like they see what you are doing and evn in toilet also they will follw u , like what you are doing , so please be careful before joining this cmy and think 5 times b4 joing , it is my real life experience and I dont have any personal bad intention with the cmpy. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
