kotak mahendra bank is over all good, salary is good, very easy and affordable product to be sale to customer, work enviorment is good, incentive is good, working staff have supportive nature.

Senior staff play politics game with sales execuitive, demotivate, threats for termination, you are not able to work here, leave this job, behave like enemy....said that we are kotak family member. this is pure lie word with kotak bank

I like the company working style which I was free to work in bank with a process of loans and the supperoir are support to my work and help in personal

The work is continuing from starting to till month end and with out gap and salary for my work is very low

I liked salary and incentives structure of Kotak Mahindra bank.aslo They gives opportunity to employees to earn maximum incentives.

I learned so many things like.. how to handle customer argue. And how to develop self confidence. How to close deal. Well HR policy.

... commitment, not given incentives for achieve target, not give petrol allowance.( I m doing field job in bank but bank not give petrol allowance I need to pay from my salary)

...also good a little bit pressure feel but this is good for carrier performance. Appraisals are fair and give good salary hike year on year.
