The work with life balance is good. When the person is dedicated to a product, no other product will be asked. No pressure on it. No so much pressure on sales. Good softwares and neat process.

Extremely no personal and professional growth. No recognition to old staff. They bond with fresh people with high packages and they also flews away by 2nd year with 30% to other bank. It's good platform for package change and number game people

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salaryhike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign

...etimes you need to work in holidays as well. Branch Managers scold you brutally. People working from past 10 years still working for a salary of 20,000 no increments. Whoever you are you have to sell LI, GI, MF.... also you need to travel a lot to meet your clients within the city

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.
