I like about salary credit on every month last date.

I work in Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Sales Department. Higher officials give unnecessary pressure to Telecaller for sales. They follow up every two hour in a day for sales. Because of this many of Telecaller is suffering from migrane, headache, etc.

One of the best private sector bank which is grow every year. Best leader ever like UDay Kotak Sir.

Dislikes

Supervisors like their own promotion and salary hike. Partialisam is on high. Your hard work never appreciated but if your relation with supervisor is matter.

I learned so many things like.. how to handle customer argue. And how to develop self confidence. How to close deal. Well HR policy.

... commitment, not given incentives for achieve target, not give petrol allowance.( I m doing field job in bank but bank not give petrol allowance I need to pay from my salary)

...king huge profits yet it has not given incentives to its hard working employees. So in times of pandemic you are at your own with your basic salary. They have a reporting time but to leave on time is a Sin.
