Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.

I'm working from kotak 2021to still, it's more comfortable office to me with supportive team and management

Actually I'm working at kotak for past 3 years when I join here my salary monthly 12000 , 3 years gone and also march 2023 I got promotion as a team leader, I given good support to my team also given good business but still I didn't get hike and 12000 only I'm getting. So i need salary improvement for my effective work and do the needful

...ness is made at the expense of both Front line executives and the end customers. Team Managers in Bangalore Location for the Salary Department are the most horrible both in managing resources as well the bad behavior of the senior managers. Worst company to work.

Job security are not there they're just hired and not given time to understand the process and not given time to get relationship with customer and fired they're expecting immediate results.from existing organisation.manager are not helpful.not action oriented toward stuff's problem.

Company's quick assistance toward their costumer. They resolve any issue of their costumer.

Dislikes

Getting promotion is very tough there.No fix salary of LA. After completing the criteria within six month,i didn't get to promote in IAP till now.
