I like this company .. good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 5 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Threatening every day Too much work pressure Conveyance not easy,in the hands of boss Every single hour you have to justify your salary No proper support from senior management in the form of needs for fulfilling duties Small company and daily even after joining 3 months you will start getting threatening from supervisor. Poorest leadership...Good for nothing

No much applications at branches but very lengthy processes which save the risk on the jobs of employees but the processes take longer time to operate

Dislikes

Salary levels are below par the competition, top management reluctant to retain the performers. Infr & technology are poor which need to be upgraded but reluctant to invest. Looks like more or less an NBFC while driving business

The likes depends on the manager if the manager is supporting and helpful it is great but if he is not then it is problematic.

...n who takes account is not even satisfied then how it will promote the business.if you want to work in salary business work for HSBC and Standard Chartered.
