Work life balance is good as everyone is quite relaxed towards their job.

Dislikes

...across the bank, limiting scope for learning and growth compared to other banks. There is a matrix for KRAs however, the ratings and appraisal, including the variable pay are subjective.

Kotak Mahindra Bank is good in term of job security and good training and salary always on time credited.

Branch banking life Totally full of hactic, a lot of Sales pressure even if you are in high valume customer based branch designated then a lot of Operations work. If you're working as an SO ( Service Officer ) then probably you have to work as an cashier if you did any mistake like any cash short or excess or any fake note taken by you then you have to pay from your pocket only.

Kotak bank Mobile app and net banking is very good i am working in operations department and most of the ruequest and serivice customer needs i guide them very easily through net banking and mobile banking .There is not very much pressure for sales in service department like other banks which is a good thing but that also depends on area and regional manager.

...taff in branches due to which work load pressure on service staff is very high .salary as compared to other banks is very low. There is high chance if you do sales with service you get promoted easily but salary change will be very minimal.The target for SOP or KRA for service team is very tough and unachievable it should be individual target not entire team target.

There is no change in salary even after being promoted… work gets increased but pay is the same… we have to do operations and sales both simultaneously but still no change in salary… it seems as if no work is there…everything is auditable and job security is null but we give daily productivity in that time only still on the basis of ratings salary is dealt… I have tried my best in sales and ops but my Bm gave me 2 star and everything went in vain… then what is the meaning of performing best… And 1st they will hire you and after they will treat you like robot..they don't pay any salary any pramotions...even they don't give you any single holiday..

...any heads which are not active and which are....they are not properly working. They say something else at the time of interview regarding your package and location then once accept thr offer letter they change the basics and decreases your in hand packege very shruedly and about the posting they never give what ever they feel they will give and as you dont have any other option other than accepting so you do.
