I like that the work culture is excellent One can easily connect even with the top leaders as their contact nos are directly available to us

Salary is below market rate and increments are equivalent to negligible

Company procedures for banking workings is very strong. Though terrible for the staff but safe for the customers.

No job satisfaction, training is an issue, organizational culture and pay scale is poor, exploitation.

...worth it, they promote people seeing their tenure and that also after 4-5 years. There is no salary growth for 3rd party payroll employees. It's like they just don't care.
