In this pandemic situation Kotak mahindra bank really supported every time,no salary deduction and they never told for switch the job etc.I really thanks to Kotak mahindra bank.

Career growth is slow 4-5yrs old employees are in organization and they are still in same profile and that's impact on new joiners. organization always wants for taking good feed back from customers but I feel that we can't provide them that type of facilities.

It's a reputed organization. U get salary at right time.

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.

- poor benefits - poor compensation and variable structure(ex no pro rata variable payout) - poor medical insurance coverage - poor processes and tools - poor culture overall

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
