Job stability, slightly work life balance compare to competition , always better to work at head office which has library, huge cafeteria and 5 days a week work option.

Growth is slow for internal employees , compensation is worst in industry. Outsiders are preferred at all level which demote your overall morale. Zero team work. Slow and lazy working environment

I got the jon through campus placements, after i joined the job they put me in anotger role without my consent. The culture here is pathetic there is no work life balance you will have to work even on official holidays. No training, development and career growth.

In Kotak Mahindra bank work life balance is terrible, work environment and Job security are even more terrible, salary would be less when compared with its counter parts and the appraisals are peanuts what we receive.
