there is nothing to like in that company what ever I thought was Good I found all were Fake afterwards

...t a target oriented job, there is nothing to sel it's totally a Back office job. Which is totally fake and the biggest fake promise is they say if you join you will get a Fix salary of 15000 per month from the 1st month. I saw many working professional leaving their jobs and join Kotak and their career spoiled. As you know it's a commission base job where you get commission base on number of NOPs you give and the basic salary starts which is hardly 3k after you give 12 NOPs and 5 phf. They never tell you this all by the time of recruitment they just say do as many NOPs as you want it may be 1-2 doesn't matter just focus on recruitment. Their main agenda was to get as many NOPs they can collect and get PHFs so even if the employee left his senior can get those PHFs amount . I used to work for Shakespeare's sharani AC market 6th floor Kolkata my Manager name is Samantha Mukherjee , my senior name is Raju Roy. And my recruiter name is Chandra Nag. Who is actually a telle caller (which I came to know after working their for couple of months) . I even saw a devorcy women modgagging her jewalary for that 1st policy as she was told this is the one and only nop she needs to give she was crying like anything for Godsake of you can do anything after reading this please take action against this. Heart less human beings

work culture is very horrible Not supportive attitude of seniors Fake commitments of salary hike No pay for overtimings 365 days (excluded public holidays) never close branch after 7:30 or 8 .

...nd degination.. new emp within six Month performance zero.. according old emp... 6month free salary new emp as 1year completed look another organisation.,after 1year completed other organisations return kotak mahindra bank...bank given more pakage role higher..due to reasons reference.... old emp do work better as own business organisation do not take care

Work profile and process is good.

Bad management they hire TL who ask money from their employees and do not return. no work-life balance less salary package only fancy designations are given which does not have a value in the market if u go out.No job security HR listens more to management then employees do not support after you leave the job or be on the job.They do not invest in their system updates but only on themselves.

It was good experience working with kotak bank. In normal operation department the salary expectation for freshers should not be high it can be arrange from 2.2 to 2.3 lakhs per annum not more than that if you have done any course and then have joined the company then salary can reach up to 2.5 lakh it is good for freshers in KYC operations DvU department. Birthday is no growth after certain level in such departments. We have to pursue some course and then go for next level in another company.

...ut the opportunities which we are getting for our career growth are bit limited. Work culture was good salary is not that much great because as per the market and inflation in India it could be better after spending 3 years in that Bank.
