...ke holiday if not come on Sat as well. Grade -D0 is not recommendable to join. Otherwise all good salary comes on time But incentive gets delayed for months

Actually I'm working at kotak for past 3 years when I join here my salary monthly 12000 , 3 years gone and also march 2023 I got promotion as a team leader, I given good support to my team also given good business but still I didn't get hike and 12000 only I'm getting. So i need salary improvement for my effective work and do the needful

I work in Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit Card Sales Department. Higher officials give unnecessary pressure to Telecaller for sales. They follow up every two hour in a day for sales. Because of this many of Telecaller is suffering from migrane, headache, etc.
