Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

...is toxic. No recognition or appreciation for good work and no work life balance. Increment in salary is nominal. No Promotions to good employees rather are given to those who threatns to resign or on notice period.

No work life balance now. I have to attend concall even at 9 pm when all branches are closed by 7:30 Every day i get threatened for loosing my job i am very much sacred New management of bank don’t care about staff

Kotak is good for salary hike and appraisal. You can get salary hike and promotion time to time if you perform well.

Dislikes

You will be humiliated everyday. Every day you have to attend atleast 2 con-call. No time for sattle down and customer relationship buildup. Every day is drive day here. You have to relay on your own because support system is pathetic. Have to depend on Service staffs to give common service to customers.
