Life became hell. zero work life balance ,they will offer you good designation like manager or deputy manager at start and good compensation as well, but all lies are hides under this. No support from upper management , Zero understanding in other department, Too much of politics which will eventually drag you down, If you want to work other will drag you down. Senior manager are vey rude , Double faced people. As an MBA graduate I request other fellow candidate never opt for this role. No learning , Only waste of time.

Priority team is the best team in my kotak career. Work life balance is there. Understanding supervisor. So thumbsup for priority team.

... work is too hectic. Always shortage of staff...... Work load is too much.. Salary what u get is peanut but work is way more than that.

Salary is decent but career growth is full . There is a brand of 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not giving to new joinees. there is lost of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

There is a lot of issues in the team management doesn't address anyone.salary is very low compared to the products available. Sales target is too high, and one more thing they won't give you incentives which you have qualified before the month that your have resigned.
