Almost every aspect of the job that includes culture, managers, management, decisions, promotions, salary, all other perks, work life balance is NIL, kissing of Manger's hand may allow you to grow mostly, a company with worst management who doesn't even care for employees and men who are working hard. Managers who are not following the company policy. Too much process in account opening and POS. Customer funds are getting hold in the individual current accounts for like 12 months or 13 months. Ridiculous. Worst service provider to the customers. The bank is giving priority to sales only. Not for service.
