... case the promotion was done in less than two years of joining the organisation. Salary and increments are at par with the industry and better than industry leaders such as HDFC. Work and personal life balance is unmatched. Timely workshops and online modules for role specific skill and knowledge developments. Great place to work.

I am part of Kotak Group since last 10 years and something is there within the Organization which makes you to stick around be it not so much hierarchy culture, down to earth approach and easy going etc.

It's a great place to work with such an experienced seniors who are always ready to guide. Good Opportunity for growth, work life is balanced but as in different companies at times situation is tough and that is when out skill gets refined.

Dislikes

Actually no dislikes just I am not getting a salary as expected. As I am handling entire West Region staying at Mumbai at only gettibg a package of 6 lakhs is actually tough.

No much applications at branches but very lengthy processes which save the risk on the jobs of employees but the processes take longer time to operate

Salary levels are below par the competition, top management reluctant to retain the performers. Infr & technology are poor which need to be upgraded but reluctant to invest. Looks like more or less an NBFC while driving business
