I have learned a lot by working in this organization. Company have given me free hand to use my skills which helps me to close some of complicated loan cases which could take years to resolve.

Dislikes

There is a lot of workload due to which you dont and have personal life and they font pay accordingly. One more thing they have bad conveyance expenses policy. Bank only pay Rs. 4 per kilometer upto level of M3 and there after yoy will get onle Rs. 7 per kilometer from Grade M4.

In kotak mahindra there is a growth but there salary is very less and there is no no proper incentives and we will not receive salary on time. For employees there is no leave. We have to work like 24/7/365.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

compensation is decent but growth is slow. sometimes i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the early morning and evening and sometimes late into night

No salary increment for Associate level. Hr is least bothered about there job exit and no meeting even once in a year. No Overtime allowance. Travelling is too difficult if anyone is in Malad infinity park. No learning program for employees except manipal University program. Cafeteria is poor in Back office Malad. No proper training provided for employees.

You get a lot of learning exposure. Job security is very good. 5 days working benefit. Overall a great experience.

Dislikes

Newly recruited person are taken for high salary where as existing employees do not have the value. Work for 2 years and change the company we ll have dignity then. Wen required sales and when required service changes in sop very frequently. We end up learning n experience all these as well.
