Work life balance No bad words from senior managers in my 10 years tenure with Kotak

Low salary hike every year even for Achievers. If we have grade promotion they will give grade promotion this year and salary hike next year that too 4% extra with normal appraisal.

1)Adopts latest technology. 2)complaints handling is good,especially in internal audit.

...m area managers for insurance business and no proper support to bank managers. 3)More work ,less salary packages . 4)so Many windows for loans and advances which leads to customer dissatisfaction. 5)daily 3-4 conference calls,which effects customer service.

- poor benefits - poor compensation and variable structure(ex no pro rata variable payout) - poor medical insurance coverage - poor processes and tools - poor culture overall

You get a lot of learning exposure. Job security is very good. 5 days working benefit. Overall a great experience.

Dislikes

Newly recruited person are taken for high salary where as existing employees do not have the value. Work for 2 years and change the company we ll have dignity then. Wen required sales and when required service changes in sop very frequently. We end up learning n experience all these as well.

Poor compensation - No increments given in 2020 despite a great year for the bank. Senior mgmt. benefits from stock options while increments and bonuses for Senior Associates/VPs are significantly lower than peers.
