There are no worklife balance many times we worked more than 12 hours manager use abusing words if we can't complete our targets HR also useless many times i tried to complain about this culture but HR can't take any action. I request you to change this culture if you can.

Company is having excellent relationship with their customers and employees. Company is providing salary on time. there is a lot of things which l learnt from there. I'm thankful that I joined the kotak Mahindra Bank

There is some maneger who is having a very bad attitudes. They provide you a lot of pressure regarding to Target. They humiliat you in front of a lot of person. Due to a few manager in this organisation, the environment is not good specially this manager zone. they don't leave us on time.

The Bank is having an excellent environment work life is very very smooth in mostly all departments . Work culture is very good people are very supportive one of the best canteen you will get love the place and vibes.

The Bank salary structure is not that good. Internal politics which no one can blame as in every private banks you will get.

It was good experience working with kotak bank. In normal operation department the salary expectation for freshers should not be high it can be arrange from 2.2 to 2.3 lakhs per annum not more than that if you have done any course and then have joined the company then salary can reach up to 2.5 lakh it is good for freshers in KYC operations DvU department. Birthday is no growth after certain level in such departments. We have to pursue some course and then go for next level in another company.

...ut the opportunities which we are getting for our career growth are bit limited. Work culture was good salary is not that much great because as per the market and inflation in India it could be better after spending 3 years in that Bank.
