Only salary comes on time

Nothing is like corporate culture here and it depends which team you are in and my TL was worst and they don’t understand female concern and if you ask something they will tell it’s excuses and they don’t know corporate language , they use bad language and here u can’t explore your skills bcz you have no right to express yourself , you need to do what they told you that’s it , they want servant not employee, people afraid to ask something here. Even if you are dying if they tell you to come you have to come.

This is only for RPO Business vertical and for not for other verticals. The Account Director and Program manager are super expert in doing micro management. In the name of Professionalism they will ensure that you became the part of a herd. Expert in ensuring that you don't set high expectations for the clients, they will call it out exclusively during the daily calls. You will be pin pointed directly or indirectly if you have different opinion. Give daily lectures of professionalism as if they are the only ones who understands how the corporate world operates. Asks you to work as per the scripts just like a tele caller agents. Favouritism is at peak. Will force you to achieve targets even if you are in medical leave. If you want to take personal leave they would want to know the reason as well for the leave. They will claim to practice culture of respect but in reality it is more to do with nodding head in whatever they say . The list is long with many more instances. A word or caution of Senior global leaders, please run a anonymous survey about program manager and Account Director leadership style and know the reality!

Good culture Salary on time Convenient place

Dislikes

No job security, Attrition rate is high, people leave every 4 months to 6 months, Bad politics by seniors and management eventually lead to exit of employees. Targets given so high that employees quit. No hike in salary.

There is nothing as such to like about KornFerry. It just look good from outside as a brand internally they play very dirty politics.

There is no appraisal no growth in KornFerry. They play dirty internal politics and does partiality. They will throw the employee at the time of appraisal and will give the reason as bad market and economy. They will give the employees their incentives.
