Salary growth is also timid, average around rate of Inflation.

B2B Sales NSM is highly arrogant and biased, even after so many trainings he has gone through but no scope of Improvement.
Recently there is change in senior management which effects company terribly. Change in committed bonus calculation and decrease in increment percentage even when company achieved its targets.
There are 3-4 grade for every level. You are eligible for a grade change only after 2 years. You cannot expect a promotion or change in designation before 5 years atleast. No benefits for employees.

Career growth is very poor like the hierarchy level is really not justified like if a person carries 4-5 yr work ex already so he/she be eligible for Sr. executive post & the next level would be assistant manager Only if u stayed in company for around 4-5 yrs as the hierarchy says u need to cover 4 levels in Sr. Executive designation & the productivity is not accountable.
Company provide best work - life balance also provide unexpected benefits. I like the working style i didnot face any discomfort here. I have 9 year experiance here still i didnot thing to join any other company.
