Great work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Cafeteria is very nice and maintained.

Salary is good enough but career growth is decent. Notice period is of minimum of 2 months.

... an access to top most management for any of your either ideas or your problems. I will not tell about finance and salary etc.. as these are never the concern for right candidate at kohler. You just have to be BOLD.

...ing in kohler, work harrasment is there, no personal time, no work life balance. Don't fall in trap due to package. Few Managers are forcing to work on weekends also. Micro Management.
