...ne by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.

...Instead of look it’s normal working here since I’ve joined this organisation. 2. if we didn’t apply leave and regularisation on same day then in count as Lop loss of pay., At least it has to be Tat of more then 3 days.

Govt holidays not give like last assembly election 25 nov working day This Rakashabandan 30 Aug but this company not give holiday but office open normal work hours Only 2nd sat. Off but this not permanent some all sat working Christmas holiday not given this company Office admin dept very cheap and low Even our branch worship daily basis this related daily flower garland come in branch but admin not allowed worship and sticks . So totally negative this company

The policy of Kogata Finance Company is good.The environment and culture here is also very good. promotion is given on work basis.People working at the ground level were given special care.

Dislikes

System server remains down a lot.The conveyance policy is a bit weak.There was no salary capping.Due to this, promotion and appraisal of old employees do not take place.
