I have learned lets of things from the company. I have got an opportunity to work as a JRE in this company. And I have met different types of customers to deal.as a company Muthoot group is the best for gold loan .

Dislikes

First of all I would like to mention dislike is that about salary and promotion.. I’m working from 2018 to till date but there is no promotion and proper increment also. Sometimes they use to extend the working time and Sunday also open sometimes. I’m facing in this year although I have leave but they didn’t gave leave . And they have rejected my have rejected my leave from REGIONAL OFFICE. There are lots of things that I don’t want to reveal. I have been facing Personal problems (politics ) branch and RO LEVEL

Good work environment, salary on time,secure job and company policies are good.

Dislikes

Career growth is too slow and appraisal are not good. Company encourages only old members, lots of politics and management is not transparent. Office in time fix but out time not fixed its depends on own branch manger, no proper lunch time, no any other allowance.

Great experience as a fresher,learned cash handling,gold checking,work life balanced perfectly.You can earn quarterly incentives and gift vouchers by fulfilling targets.

Dislikes

Everything is good except few things 1)pay scale is low and career growth is slow 2)There is a bond of 1 year before which you can't resign or you have to pay 2 months salary if you wish to resign within an year.

Very good salary and incentive my team mates also very supportive and company training also providing the new joinies this is good platform to starting to career for fresher employees to get experience.

Dislikes

Very high target and what ever losses happen that and recovery from employees only eg.If customer stolen item are pledging if police case happening that employee only responsible. Very high risk and there is no job security.

... for freshers which is having good opportunities for learning small things also. And the salary is not that much good for experienced candidates and if we consider the profit of company also salary is not good, here the human resources treat equally even freshers and experiences both are treated same in behalf of management.
